    We thoroughly screen all replies to your advertisements by checking credit reports, verifying employment and income, and interviewing previous landlords to be sure prospective tenants left in good standing. It’s a very thorough process, but it’s just as important to us as it is to you that the right people are occupying your investment property.
  • Property Maintenance
    We address your tenant’s maintenance concerns or complaints and make all arrangements for repair work. Our  24-hour emergency number gives you and your tenant peace of mind should a problem arise in the middle of the night. We are watching out for your property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Inspections
    When your property is rented, we conduct a thorough walk-through inspection on your property so that  we have a record of the property’s condition at moves in. We use this report when your tenant leaves so there’s no misunderstanding as to the expected condition the property. We also conduct monthly “drive by” inspections to be sure that the tenant is doing everything necessary to protect your rental investment.
  • Monthly Statements
    Each month you will receive a complete statement on your property detailing that month’s activity on your investment property – rent collected, management fees, itemized maintenance, and your net income. MLH also sends to you a three ring, tabbed binder you can use to organize your statements and maintenance receipts for the entire year and have them ready for at tax time.
